She is the Founder and Lead Counsel at HOLF Solicitors, where she delivers strategic legal guidance to organizations across a range of industries, helping them navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks with precision and confidence. 

A graduate of Law from the prestigious University of Lagos, Remi is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN). Prior to establishing HOLF Solicitors, she honed her expertise at The Channings Law Firm, where she advised clients on a broad spectrum of legal and business matters.
